TaiG 2.1.2 Release Notes:
-Fixes problems of getting stuck at 20% and 60%, and adaptate for latest iTunes.
-Compatible with Cydia Substrate(Mobile Substrate).
-Corrects the blank Settings problem while matching Apple Watch with iDevice.
-Fix issues of UIcache.
The original iOS 8.3 jailbreak installer was made available earlier this week. Similar to when the last jailbreak was released, Cydia needed to update to support the newest software. While Cydia and the mobile substrate may finally be improved to properly support iOS 8.3, individual jailbreak tweaks and apps will need to still be brought up to speed as well. Some tweaks like Activator have seen betas in preparation for 8.3, others have some work that needs to be done.
Along with Cydia being bundled in, the 2.1.2 update download from TaiG fixes the 20% problem many users -- including us -- were having before. The newest jailbreak installer should work regardless of what version of iTunes you have installed on your computer.
The iOS 8.3 jailbreak installer by TaiG remains Windows only. Those on a Mac will have to make use of virtualization software like those from VMWare or Parallels, if they want to make use of the .exe file.
