Coin Collector software is a program designed to help you catalog and organize your coin collection. The simple to use GUI allows for easy browsing and data entry of coins. A main list of coins on the main screen can be sorted by the coin Name or by Issue Date. You can view all the coins in your collection or just select coins from a specific category by clicking on the tab button. When a coin is selected a picture of the coin is shown below the list and all the data field are shown to right for adding in data or editing. The program comes with standard names for the data fields like Denomination, Mint, Material, Edge, Value, Designer, Location, Weight, Purchase Price, and more. However, these can each be changed by the user to fit their coin collection. For example you could change Mint to Country and all throughout the program ???Mint??? would now say ???Country??? including the reports. There are also larger text fields available called Detail and History. You may enter longer descriptions here. Other features included in Coin Collector software include export to .csv files for use in other organizer programs or spreadsheets, undo, search, copy, help, and printable reports (standard and custom).
