Transferring emails from Outlook Express DBX in PST is a technical matter, but you would be the one to be successfully conducting it, for you would have DBX to PST Tool. This utility helps with DBX Conversion to PST, the email items (inbox, outbox, drafts, etc) and header details (To, Cc, Bcc, etc) all included. During the conversion no change is made to the layout of emails, if they had been that of HTML or RTF, then that would be so even after the conversion. This utility is all windows based.
