ShutMeDown 1.2.0 is a simple open source automation software. It provides functions to automatize power managements functions of Windows system. With ShutMeDown you can set auto shutdown timers that will help you save energy or let you leave computer and go out from home when downloading data from Internet. SMD provides also functions that will help you limit the time you spend using computer. You can set 'limit' task that will count time that you spend using computer and will suspend it, hibernate or shut down when no time is left. It works also between different user sessions.SMD can be easily used as a parental control application. With provided schedule you can set ranges of time when You or your children will not be able to log on to their profiles or when the computer will be automatically turned off. Every normal or schedule task can be secured with password know only by the administrator user. SMD has two kinds of counter widgets that will help you to see what kind of task currently active. You can show them and hide when it's needed. SMD is easy to use, fast and despite of first impression rich in function. SMD is also fast and doesn't take much system resources. It beats in some applications similar commercial products.
